Enjoy a unique gourmet experience on Wednesday 13th November at Brabazon Restaurant, Tankardstown, together with Febvre Wines. When Head Chef Johnny Sarkozi will create a seven course tasting menu influenced by a combination of Spanish cuisine and locally sourced produce. Each course will be paired with wines specially chosen by Ana Martínez-Bujanda, from her family winery 'Bodegas Valdemar', in the heart of Rioja, a renowned wine region in Northern Spain.
Ana will host the evening and portray to guests the reason for selecting these wines to pair up with the dishes served on the evening, and the delicate flavours and aromas to watch out for.
