From the Jordan Estate to the Tankardstown Estate.... Enjoy an exciting gourmet experience filled with the warmth of the Stellenbosch Valley of South Africa on Wednesday 24th October at Brabazon Restaurant, Tankardstown. When Head Chef Johnny Sarkozi will create a seven course tasting menu influenced by a combination of locally sourced produce with a nod to South African cuisine.
Each course will be accompanied and matched by wines specially chosen by Kathy Jordan, from her world-class winery in the heart of the Stellenbosch region of South Africa. Kathy will host the evening and portray to guests the reason for selecting these wines to pair up with the dishes served on the evening, and the delicate flavours and aromas to watch out for.
